Award Ceremony in Dénia, Creative City of Gastronomy by UNESCO

Dénia, declared “Creative City of Gastronomy” by UNESCO, hosted the award ceremony of the ESAO prizes. The ceremony took place at the CdT Marina Alta and press and media were invited as well as all ESAO Alumni and, of course, the real protagonists: all EVOO winners and finalists.

This talk brings together more than 30 years of experience as a doctor, with the immersion in the world of EVOO through the Oli Oli project, of which the speaker is part since its constitution.

Conference: Professionalization of the Olive Sector by Susana Romera.

The Technical Director of ESAO shared her vision on the current situation and future perspectives of the olive sector on a national and international scale.
