We have trained more than 900 professionals which use their knowledge everyday to improve the quality of their work with olive oil.

Inauguration of ESAO headquarters in Valencia.
Signature of Collaboration Agreement with the Polytechnic University of Valencia.
2013
Launch of the First Intensive Course encompassing the entire olive oil value chain.
Launch of the First International Tasting Club specialized in extra virgin olive oil.
2014
First National Prize for Olive Culture.
Personal congratulations from the President of the Regional Governement of Valencia (Spain) for our job on olive oil training.
First course at international level taught exclusively by recognized master millers: Master Miller Course.
2015
First Olive Oil specialised School to offer its training on a bilingual mode: Spanish-English.
First course at international level specific on Milling Mechanics.
The Spanish Embassy in Tokyo selects ESAO for seminars on olive oil aimed at Japanese importers.
First School of the olive sector registered as Organizing Entity of Fundae, the State Foundation for Employment Training.
2016
Launch of the first online olive oil tasting course in Spanish, English and French.
2018
The Università Mediterranea of Reggio Calabria (Italy) selects ESAO as an expert on the situation of the olive oil market in Spain.
Signature of a collaboration agreement with the University of Seville (Spain) and the Polytechnic Institute of Beja (Portugal).
2019
First School specialised on the olive oil sector at international level that obtains the ISO 9001 quality certificate in all its training areas.
2020
Launch of the first online campus at international level specialized in the olive sector, including both the Master Olive Oil Consultant Certification and the Olive Oil Sommelier Certification.
2022
Launch of the first online and free Guide of the Best Extra Virgin Olive Oils in the world.
